This system has revolutionized our office productivity. Before we had two lines and we were constantly having to answer the phone for other people and take messages. It would interrupt everyone's workflow and grew to be quite frustrating. We also work events on the weekends and have a few contract workers who don't come in the office very often. Quality of both service and customer support
Before we opened our new business, we needed to start advertising to fill our space for several months during the construction phase. We needed a phone number where we could be reached and could move with us once we opened our doors for business! 8x8 was the perfect fit for us to answer the calls from prospective tenants using our home office and mobile broadband connections.

Its nice to see who is calling us when working on the computer. Its easy to use when wanting to intercom someone from the office. I like that we can send & receive faxes from our computer. Just overall a nice system.

8x8 has been great in every way. It was so easy to contact customer service and be convinced that this was a company that cares about the customer and cares about getting it right! The costs are reasonable, the setup a snap, and your up and running. Reliability has been exceptional and knowing the product is so customizable is a great relief.
