We are a small company of 11 employees and have had 8x8 from the start, they are perfect for our office and we have never had any issues. Customer Service Reps are always helpful and i love that we have an account manager who is always available.

Our company loves 8x8 because it gives us the capability to connect to the entire company even though we are located in different places in the United States. The support system with 8x8 is always there to help with any issues or concerns that may arise and will follow up until the issue is resolved. Top class customer service!

I am sorry. I love 8x8 and have used it for personal residential use as well as now using it in a business environment. While I think it is a good service, please find a way to work with my network guys (everything we do is virtual, VOIP, etc.) so I can see the REAL incoming number? My guys tell me it's all on 8x8 and there is nothing I can do. Working in customer service answering incoming calls, it's a drag to see my own number as caller ID.

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer I have a lot of projects other than answering customer questions on the phone. 8x8 allows me check the queue status at a glance so I can help out on the phones if lots of folks call at the same time.

I personally love using 8x8 its the best phone service around from everything to customer support personal to the clarity of the phone lines I use 8x8 5 days a week and would never dream of using anything else I love getting email updates for voicemail and just how simple the 8x8 system is to use!! I can t wait to see what great things you do in the future!!

US Lending Corporation loves 8x8's quality customer service. We receive excellent service without fail! If one calls into the wrong department, the call is graciously transferred to the correct person who thoroughly handles the challenge with a pleasant tone. It gives us to have phone numbers in oversea countries that gives us local presence and make people feel easier to contact us at local phone rates.
