Our office runs very smoothly with our new 8x8 service. It is very nice to be able to check voicemails from your email. We also like the online features of tracking phone calls. We are so happy we switched from landline to VOiP.

I love the transparency of previewing where calls are coming from (tech support, billing, enterprise, etc.) before I manage to pick up a call. It gives me some preparation so I know what to anticipate when I do pick up any incoming call at any time.
Our company, Ident-A-Kid, has been providing child safety related products and services for 29 years. A recent really cool story that happened in our office... My sister works for me and she was telling a story on how, it was really cool that she had gotten transferred to someone's cell phone, and that the guys was out of the office, and how great it would be if we had something like that.... So I told her we do!!!! Just hit transfer and enter whatever number you want the call to go too. So we tested it out in the office and everyone was like "no way!!!" So of course now everything gets transferred to my cell phone!!... read more

An e-mail notification for voicemail is a wonderful feature when I'm not in the office. I am always in the know when I have a voice mail on the go through the e-mail on my cell phone. Sound quality is always crispy clear! 8x8 = 64 and 6+4 = 10! That is a rating that you deserve for providing an excellent phone service... a 10 out of 10!
