First and foremost...the service WORKS! we have used 5 other hosted voip providers over the past 10 years and 8x8 has been our favorite, by far. We love the unified communications with virtual office and the ability to take the application mobile. we regularly use the conferencing and chat features. The portal for users and administration is easy and fairly intuitive. Further, our experience with the customer service group has been fantastic! Thanks!
What I love most about 8X8 is I never miss a voicemail. If I'm out of the office and I get an important client call, whether I'm in the car or at home, I'll get the voicemail sent directly to my cell phone.

I love the benefits that comes with having voice over IP, you can check your office voicemails from any where and your messages can be email to you. Also, if the internet goes off, you can have all the calls forwarded to your smart phone. I love the service and it's not expensive to have one flat rate for unlimitied calls in the united states. The thing I love about my 8x8 service is the flexibility that it offers me to work how and WHERE I want. Some days I need to be at my desk and when compared to a traditional phone system, the virtual office desktop software allows me to manage my contacts, calls and voicemails much easier than before I had 8x8. Virtual office desktop allows me to communicate with my entire staff, via chat, no matter where we are or if we are on the phone. I was such searching for good phone and FAX service and I found 8x8 online and very please with service so thank you 8x8
The best part about 8x8 is the call forwarding feature, especially since we have satellite offices and people working remotely. The only downside to 8x8 is that the instant messenger would greatly benefit from some emoji integration.
We love how helpful the support team is with our phone activation needs! Regardless of the technical problem, the support team is always so friendly and willing to help. We have 8 office phones that use 8x8 and love all of them. Thank you for your support and friendliness- not all companies are that way!
