Being easily connected.
I am most excited that we can receive our voicemail messages through our emails with the option to listen to them. This feature is very convenient when out of the office. Our company mostly operate from emails in business. Everyone is very excited with this 8x8 services along with an expanding company! Whoo! Thanks 8x8!
I am an EA and set up calls all day and I really love the ability to generate multiple conference lines and set expiration dates for certain lines. So far everything has been very easy to navigate on the site. Also, my favorite number has always been 8 so I was a fan from the start :)
We love that we can answer the phone from 4 hours away and we are still able to transfer calls from building to building. (Our buildings are 4 hours apart.) So I can answer a call and transfer it to another division.
My account rep Faith Green is wonderful. NO matter the issue or the time she is always available to help me. She makes the process of setting up new lines and understanding the 8x8 websites so much easier.
