    The tech support. I have experienced many tech support departments in my 20 years. But 8x8 tech support people are by far the most helpful, responsive and quick to resolve my issues.

    Usually, transitioning to a new phone system is a hassle and causes hangups and hitches. With 8x8, it was a seamless transition. The improvements were immediately noticeable, not only by their virtual interface, but even in a physical form on my Polycom desk phone. -Brian M.

    What I love most about 8x8 is the app. I can make phone calls from my cell using my office number. Second would be my voicemail's are sent to my email which is convenient when I'm out I know who called and can listen to the message they left.

    One of the most convenient features for me is the notification/delivery of voicemails by email. As I don't always have the ability to answer the phone, I can make an informed decision through the email delivery of voicemail whether it's a call I need to return right away. I find that very helpful.

    I love the fact that we always know who we missed a call from and who we need to callback, We know who is calling. We never have to guess about the calls we recieved, i can go around the different staff and see what the call volume is as well. i love the fact that we have our call history logs and can easily redial. Makes time efficient for us. We never want to miss a call from our patients and not know they called. Communication is very important to me.

    I have been an 8x8 customer for over 11 years across two companies. The ease of deployment, adjustment and varied means of accessing your extensions are great. The flexibility to configure your own Auto Attendants and Ring groups is perfect.

    I love how easy it is to copy a phone number off of an email address and give them a call. It makes life a lot simpler. It is also great how we can log the calls afterwords, it really helps to keep me organized with our clients and not look over anything or anyone. Although to some it may be a little tedious, once you get the hang of it and see the benefits, its hard to go back to a normal phone system! Gotta love 8x8.

    We moved our Insurance agency to our home 3 months ago and can't believe how easy it was to get a professional phone system up and running almost immediately. We work almost exclusively with professionals with no real geographical boundaries. Our new 8X8 phone system allows us to sound professional from almost anywhere!
