As a school teacher, I enjoy the fact that I can recieve and make calls from my classroom instead of having to give out my cell phone number or having to constantly check my emails to see if someone has returned my initial call. Another enjoyable aspect is the instant message feature through the desktop app. Instead of emailing or calling my classroom and disrupting my class with the phone ringing, teachers and other staff members are able to send me a message and we are able to communicate seamlessly without issue.
In transportation and logistics, efficient and accurate communication is the most important factor for operating a successful business. This product has made that possible for my agency by providing text to landline, in depth call records , and no fail call forwarding to our cell phones. I love most that I can rely on the 8x8 product to record and channel all necessary communications for my business.
I love that it is very user friendly. It has been a terrific tool to update client's phone numbers. I also love that we can see who is calling so that client can be answered by the appropriate person to maximize customer service. Very easy to use system, love it!
The various ways we can access our phone line. We have staff who use desk phones, softphone and the cell phone apps, so we are using all of the options available at one time or another.

8X8 is always there when I need them. I can check my voice messages through my email, and play them back anytime. With 8X8, I don't have to be in the office. The office is wherever I am, day or night. And 8X8's customer service is friendly and helpful. Thank you 8X8!
I like how I never miss any calls if I am not even there to pick them up. They show up in my inbox or wanting for me when I get back to my desk. The touch functions are easy and very functional. I can find and call contacts in an instance.
We love 8x8 because it works great! We never miss a call with the find me follow me features! They also saved me from a real problem ... My phone number was wrongfully ported away from an old virtual office and they did an amazing job retrieving it and getting my business back up and running! Very Happy!
