The flexibility. I work remotely so it's not always easy to take my desk phone along with me, but with 8x8 I have my desk line wherever I go. I love the Virtual Office app, and the web conferencing really helps me connect with clients and co-workers. 8x8 helps me feel like I'm always in the office - even though I'm usually not.
I like the 8X8 because it is easy to use and simple to navigate. What more do you need in a system? It is a easy to navigate as my cell phone and much less complex than my house phone. 8X8 is the way to go.
I love the 8x8 unified communications platform. No matter where I am I can deliver world class seamless service to our clients. As a small firm we rely on technology to give us an even footing with the big guys. Working from home or the beach isn't too bad either.
We've had the 8x8 system about 7 years now. What stands out most is how self-contained it is and how that helps our business operation run. It's much more than a phone with a lot of buttons to push. Its phone directory, all our contacts in and accessible and easily searchable when we need to call -- and that call can be initiated by a mouse click -- is invaluable. The fact that 8x8 can connect with multiple devices in your party, making it easy to transfer calls is a nice feature. Even when I am away from my desk which has a hard line phone, I still receive the call to my mobile device which has 8x8. And that is great because it improves our company reputation as far as costumer service, it helps us to answer every call possible. Lastly, it has the great feature of allowing to send via messages, or texts to another person in your 8x8 party.
The ability to retrieve and analyze data using the Account Manager login. An example of this was being able to research and track incoming and outgoing minutes in order to consider a new internet service provider. The data helped us to realize that switching to a new provider would actually cost us more money than if we stayed with the existing provider. The 8x8 product is a winner in my book!
We were able to go from no phone system for a new location to ordering and setup in less than a week!
