I joined a company in March 2015 who had 8x8. I had never even known anything about this type of service. I have had to deal with Support and Sales several times in the past 7 months. I Love the Customer Support! I have never been dissatisfied for any reason. They were all very thorough and with me not knowing anything about this product and services, it should have been way more challenging, but with their help and support, it was a smooth transition for me. The thing I love most about 8x8 is that I can view faxes and listen to voicemails from my email in the event that I am not in the office. This is also a great feature because I can forward the message to the correct person if I receive one that is not intended for me.
I received proposals from three other VOIP service providers and chose 8X8 because of price, the technical knowledge of the 8X8 representative I spoke to on the phone, the prompt service, and no long term contract. The Polycom phone equipment I purchased through 8X8 was also priced much less than the other vendors, and was delivered quickly completely programmed. 8x8 is a great product. We changed over from an Avaya telephone system to 8x8 in January of 2014. The ease of use and roll out of the system went very smoothly

I like that I get an email notification automatically after someone leaves me a voice mail. I also really like all the tracking tools for calls.
Reliability and quality. VOIP service through 8x8 has lots of great features, but when it comes to our day to day business as a busy insurance office, it is reliability and voice quality that is most important. We need to know our phones are going to be working and that we can communicate clearly with our customers. 8x8 works.
