What we love most about 8x8 is it's mobility. We work on the phone all day long and sometimes we have to be on the go but be able to receive calls and that's when 8x8 comes in handy. It allows us to access all our work contacts, voice-mails, and receive incoming calls from the office from where ever we are. Winter 2014 was a terrible one in Chicago. We had some snowed in days but, 8x8 allowed us to still work from home. It's like I never left the office.
My organization has just recently completed implementation of 8x8's VOD on all 11 of our business sites along with 1 VCC implementation. Our deployment team has been great and very responsive to our needs. The system has so much to offer in terms of communicating with all of our internal personnel. To be able to connect all employees across or organization with simply dialing an extension has been fantastic. The IM feature is great for a quick question and fun to use. The mobility of your services is Amazing. The fact that I can work from anywhere. I actually have used 8x8 in mexico and Puerto Rico to stay connected to my clients. I have a lot of business that is time sensitive and if I miss a day of work I lose a deal or two. Your apps make it possible for me to make my deadlines from anywhere, anytime with 100% success.
The best thing about my 8x8 service for my business, is that when I have a question or concern I can call them and the service is fast and on point. I never have to wait on hold or wait for someone to figure out my issue. The service team knows what they are doing and handles things in a timely matter. The text messaging feature. I've found that many clients, especially younger ones, are bothered by too many phone calls. The text messaging feature allows me to gather information from them in a way that feels comfortable to them. Their responses are prompt, pithy, and I can do it all without giving out my personal number.
As usual we received the best tech services from 8x8. We have had very few issues with our service but when there is one it is quickly and professionally fixed! 8x8 had the best support staff!!
