We love how it never crashes, calls don't get dropped, and sending and receiving phone calls is extremely simple
We have people on the go here constantly picking up and going to meetings or the field. With 8x8 we are able to always stay connected with each other and our clients. The application and the phone features enable us to not worry we missed any calls. All of our voicemail's are sent to our emails making it easy to stay connected. It just makes sense to have 8x8 if you have a business.
Support! There is always going to be challenges that arise when dealing with technology. When issues arise, the folks from 8x8 really step up and take action. My problems are dealt with promptly and technology glitches never get the best of me nor my firm!
We recently joined 8x8 services. We use an electronic fax service and under our old phone system we constantly had to monitor incoming faxes to be sure they were handled in a timely manner. The flexibility in being able to use multiple device types to receive or make calls. Ranging from the smartphone apps to the PC version.
The customer service has been adequate. We recently needed to downsize our office and this required us to remove two lines of service. Rather than pay the termination fee, we were advised that it would be more cost effective to switch the lines to dormant.
Although there is a learning curve because 8 x 8 is very different from the system we had, everything you need to know is available on the phone keypad. Another great feature is the ease in which you can get contact information and place a call to them with ease! I cant wait to learn all that 8 x 8 can do!
Before making the switch, we were paying 3 times more than we do now. We have reliable telephone service at a great price and anytime we need assistance, a knowledgeable 8x8 rep is only a phone call away!
Here at Sheet Music Plus, we depend on 8x8s reliability. Without that, we couldn't answer hundreds of inbound phone calls from the customers that require our staffs assistance. The ease of being able to set up a voicemail system for a meeting we are starting certainly makes my life easy.
