It's great how I am able to have access to my business line across all my devices; my desk phone, my laptop, and my iPhone. The forwarding rules are great and allow me to give my business contacts one phone number that reaches my office extension and mobile phone.
The HD Voice is really nice for calling because it's very clear and easy to understand what people say. Before I had to keep say "what was that?" but not it's a lot more clear and crisp. It was kind of unsettling at first because it sounded like they were right next to me, but now I think it's super useful because I can have a clear conversation.
The over the internet capabilities that let us monitor everything wherever we are!
1. On my monitor screen, I can see who is calling, who called, and how many times they called. 2. Having a button for directories is great! 3. Like that voicemail calls are sent to my email. There have been a few times when I missed that I had a voicemail, so this feature is essential for me.
We love this service here at iDoctor. We use it all the time. In Billings we receive calls from a 4 state area for our service, and it makes it easy when someone has to leave the shop to go out on call or anything for us to use the app for the device and answer a call!
