I've been with 8x8 for a long time. The key point about 8x8 is service, OUTSTANDING service ... in having an Internet phone that is waaaaay better than any land-line. But that's not all. If you've got a question or need to figure out how to do more with be an 8x8 customer, you just call customer support and they take care of everything. Not only that, they follow up to be sure everything is okay. In the early days of VoIP, everyone kept telling me that I didn't really have "phone service" and that it was basically a gimmick.... read more
