8x8 is great! They had a lot of features that I liked. I will miss having now that I have been forced to switch to Allstate's new phone service for agents. My new phone system (Avaya) is actually a down grade compared to 8x8. I wish I could've stayed with 8x8.

For the service we use from 8X8, the reliability and call clarity has improved a lot over the last few years. We especially like the improvements to the PC app, its well done.

We have been using 8x8 for years now. The service has been fantastic, the uptime is near perfect. 8x8 allows our companies to remain connected while working from the office, from home, anywhere. The mobile app has been significantly improved. Highly recommend!
