The 8x8 system has been a god-send to my insurance agency during the COVID-19 business shutdown. I am able to utilize the Virtual Office Desktop app to keep my team together with group calls and video meetings. While not like "being there," this keeps our sense of working together as a team intact. The support staff have also been very helpful working with me when we have encountered an issue with an employee's home computer working through our VPN setup.

The system is great. Easy to change although I would suggest, when we remove someone it removes from all places. So don't have to make sure it's been done.

Great! Awesome customization and customer service is perfect!
They do some things great, and are bad at others. Decent basic phone system, but customer support is non-existent. We tried to record calls, but it creates a 3-5 second dead space at the beginning of every call. There’s no fix according to 8x8. Their analytics are straight out of 1980 - not user friendly and no automatic daily reports. Because of the problems we had three different customer service reps said they would let us out of our contract, but three months later I’m still waiting for management to sign off.
