I have used 8x8 for several years now and like it very much. However your customer service is not as good as it use to be. I am still giving 4 stars because it may be because of covid - 19 that you can not talk to anyone in customer service anymore.

Worked great for 3 years, but when we needed to downsize and go remote, we were too small for you to service us. We have now been trying since July 31 to get our service cancelled and lines released to our new provider which is affecting our business. Have spent hours on hold, chats, emails, NO results - VERY FRUSTRATED.
