We've been using 8x8 for 12 years in both an office and virtual office setting. We never have to think about our office phone needs since switching to them from a home grown customized EXPENSIVE phone system. Anytime we have a request or an issue, the 8x8 customer service team is quick to help us and get it solved quickly and painlessly.

The service is great but the Support is not the same as before the pandenmic

The product is great, but the support can use some improvement. It was really good at one time, so I'm sure they can get back to a better support model

Phones work well for us, easy to move and use at other locations aswell if needed. Just plug in and go.
