8x8 has been a beneficial addition to our office! The advanced features of this system are tremendous! We are able to work with the "softphone" feature in our newly upgraded conference room. The ability to make conference calls through our computer system with the softphone has been so helpful! Just log in with an existing number and BAM you're in! Ability to work from home when needed and have access to my voicemails and calls right through the virtual office all day! Also being able to easily download voicemails to reroute to colleagues when necessary!
We are bringing our company together with 8x8 around the world. I not only saves us money on long distance but it brings everyone closer together because with 8x8 users around the globe can call the head office very easily, as if they are in the next room. We also like the feature that allows us to transfer calls to external numbers. We can do a "warm hand off" between a customer and a distributor without asking the customer to call yet another number!

We love the scalability of 8x8, which means that we can add an employee at any time! We can customize our wait time music, auto attendant, and call forwarding settings. This is ideal for our employees because they travel so much. But what we love most of all is the ability to use 8x8 on a Polycom, as software on a compute, as an app, or even through the web browser. As long as you have an internet connection, you're ready to make a call!
