The connectivity and the fact that that you don't have to work hard for it. "Don't make me think, just connect us" is a pretty apt description. I especially love that I can check in from a mobile device as I have to travel quite often.
Finally, voicemail has entered the truly digital age. I never have to login via my phone--I just pull up the app on my computer and boom, I'm done. That's an amazing thing. Easy to login, easy to listen, easy to delete. It's awesome!
Everything about 8x8 is awesome! prices are convenient. We can work from anywhere, home trips car. Customer services is also amazing, i just need to call once a year to get all the information and updates need it. Thanks 8x8 we are happy to have you in our team.

We like 8x8 because it makes stressful jobs less stressful. We worry so much every day about many different things that take place in our lives and 8x8 takes a little bit of the stress away which really means a whole lot. We're very happy with 8x8!
What I love best is having the capability of using my phone, and fax remotely. And being able to make adjustments to our account from anywhere - even from my mobile phone I am able to make changes to our after hours contact.
What I love most about 8x8 service is the positive response time towards a solution. In each situation where I have contacted 8x8 for either help with setup, switching numbers or lines, ordering new phones, faxes, etc, the 8x8 representative has provided professional and prompt resolution. I choose my vendors based on the service the provide, and 8x8 is a favorite!
We love how easy 8x8 is to use. It allows us to see when another team member is on the phone/ off-line/ etc. We also love the fax feature and the history function. I work remote and it is a life-saver to me while at home and on the road. I look forward to using 8x8 for a very long time, and look forward to seeing the future technology upgrades will be!
