The capability to track faxes, organize better.
We have offices spread out across the country and many of our employees travel between locations. It's incredibly convenient for them to be able to login from their laptops and have complete access to their phone back in their office, or to even pick up and take their physical phone with them if they're moving locations for an extended period of time. The 8x8 system is low maintenance for IT and simple for everyone to use.
The flexibility, is great! And the services offered are second to none.
We love being able to make calls from anywhere in the world over the internet as if we were in our office.
That we are able to access all our calls on our samsung/iphones at any time and all voicemails are emailed straight to us. Very reliable system.
The virtual office is one of the most important and useful features... After listening to some of the calls I was able to make my guys in the office to get better results by giving them some tips about handling customers in a different way
I love the fact that when I get a voicemail on my 8x8 business phone it goes to my Blackberry device and my other devices by email so I can listen to what my prospects are calling about and I can call them back and close more deals.
