My boss and I shift between office rooms and our homes a lot, so it's easy to have 8x8 reroute to our cells so that we have no difficulties coordinating where to call who when.

What we love most is the ability to check faxes on my phone or Computer while at the courthouse and didn't have access to the office. Also we enjoy the ability to send faxes without the need of printing.

We work with people 16 years and up; it's very difficult to communicate with many of them about appointments when they don't answer phone calls or reply to emails. Using 8x8 allows us to text them without using our personal cell phones. I'm new to this organization and have already used 8x8 many times successfully!
