My name is Douglas Freeman and I love how organized 8x8 keeps our organization. Being able to view and connect other colleagues during the day is a real time saver. I love the privacy settings as well as the caller ID option to ease the tension of an unexpected caller during business hours.
8x8 is reliable, robust, and cost-effective. We have had no downtime in 3 years. The features, especially the functionality of the soft phone, cannot be overstated - I have used my computer remotely as a soft phone for conference calls with clients out of the office multiple times, and clients are literally stunned by the capabilities. Pricing is literally a fraction of past providers. I continually recommend 8x8 to my lawyer colleagues and other professionals.

I love that I can answer the phone while on the road and my customers don't even have to know that I am not at my desk. I have a busy insurance agency and I am on the road a lot but I don't want my customers to have to suffer trying to get a hold of me.
