In the past I had several providers for my business telephone service. Almost two years ago i started to look for upgrade my service since my business started to grow and more lines were required. Here at Advanced Patient Care, we love the ease and convenience of using 8x8. With 8x8 we have so many messaging options and ways to conveniently keep our company up to date with placing customers on hold, parking calls and even leaving personalized voice messages. It's not at all a complicated phone system as others are and it is easy to learn!! We wouldn't have it any other way!
I run my businesses by myself. It is awesome to be able to cary only one phone but still know who is calling for which phone number. Being able to call out with my different numbers all from my cellphone is a great plus too.
That I can use it away from my Office
I love 8x8! I never realized that there was a phone system that a small business like ours could use that would be so customization and easy to use! Every thing is simple and straightforward without all of the useless distractions. I find the customer service very helpful and the instant chat with a rep has made my life much easier. Thank you 8x8!
Our office is very busy and the phones ring constantly. 8x8 has helped keep the line of communication within our office open and saves us so much time. Anytime a call comes in and needs to be transferred, we are able to instant message the person the call is for and let them know who it is prior to transferring the call. We are also able to go back to check history which we do quite often.
It has to be the Virtual Contact Center. Our old phone system was based on ring groups, with ten reservation agents. Now with 8x8 VCC we have more efficient call queueing and routing which has allowed us to route VIP clients to the most senior agents and to offer several of our agents the opportunity to work from home, which is a win-win in our book!
The convenience and flexibility we have with the virtual office. I am now able to work from virtually anywhere.
