Our business is actually a church. What I love about 8x8 is the options it gives me. Whether I am in my office, on the go on my cell phone, or at home through the web it keeps me connected to the people of my church more conveniently. The ability for my voicemails which come through on email is a great benefit too to make sure I don't miss anything critical just because I am away from my desk. 8x8 was by far the right choice for our staff. efficient - this is the word I would like to describe the 8*8 services. Especially, I like the 8*8 app for my computer. It is so convenient, simple and easy. Just like the old-fashion MSN chat app - login when you start your computer, chat with people - very simple and easy. As a short story - the client is coming and wait to see my colleague but she is on the phone, I send her the message via 8*8 without disturbed her phone call. I appreciate the service from 8*8. Thank you.
Love that I can get my voice messages through email, it really helps me when I am on the road, as I can see who called and that I have a message. It's great that I am able to forward my calls so easily to another number or my cell! Thanks, Susan Rose
The reliability! I feel more more confident knowing we have a software that can handle web conferencing, internet faxing, and crystal clear audio. Prior to 8x8- We experienced constant lag's and it sounded like the host was deep sea diving. It's been a blast working with all of the features virtual office has to offer! I will recommend this to any business, no matter the size!!
I love 8x8 due to the fact that if I need to leave the office to make a school visit, or work at one of our Satellite locations I can turn the 8X8 app on and not miss a call. Just the other day I was driving to a satellite location and received a phone call through the app. Luckily, I was able to answer the call to make the sale!
8X8 allows me to listen to voice messages while I'm sitting in front of my desktop computer. If I need to listen a second time, it's really easy to do that. Just a click. 8X8 is a really good application.
8x8 is fantastic. My phone completely shut down due to a computer malfunction, and the 8x8 tech support rep helped me completely reprogram the phone - it took over an hour. She provided incredible service and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!
One of the best features we've discovered is the ability to automatically forward our home base phone line to our on-call center after hours. We were forwarding our calls manually in the morning at 8:00 am then again at 5:00 pm. Our on-call center stops receiving our calls at 8:00 am. If we were late arriving at work this could potentially keep us from receiving important calls involving incident response that could end up costing the company.
I love that I can make calls from anywhere for my job! It makes my life easier now that I'm not tied to my desk for business calls. It's awesome having a tool that acts the same across platforms and that I can always count on to work properly. It's also clear that 8x8 cares about their customer's user experience as the app and service is so easy to use. Thanks for being gr8, 8x8!
