I would like to express my extreme satisfaction at my customer service experience today. I was working with Vaughn from FT Laughterdale and the case id # is: 2010640 I needed a somewhat complicated solution set up for our call forwarding for various extensions that would also vary during business hours and after hours. The options are incredible but most importantly, the system is user friendly. What more could you ask for?
