What I really love about 8x8 is its accessibility and ease of use. In the office I can directly call from my computer using my Virtual Office Desktop application for my Windows PC and during in-transit while walking on foot, riding a train or at the airport I use my Android phone to make calls without worrying of having a desk phone or a PC. we love the convenience of 8x8. we can use the 8x8 app and answer our phone while away from our desk. We also like that we can chat with each other without either yelling across the office and can also convey a message to an employee about a customers policy as the customer sits across from them.
I love the 8by8 system because it helps me as a clinician keep organized. I find it very helpful that we can save the contact info for our commonly in contact offices. The online fax system is great and helps us as a company stay on top of our appointments and documents. We have contact with Dr.Office's, sleep clinics, nursing homes and many other facilities and it is imperative to send and receive these necessary documents in a timely manner. Access to VM's though my email account helps me keep in touch no matter where I am!
One of the things about having a VoIP service that is truly available 24x7 is the support. Not only is there regular call in support available, but you have on-line support, email support , phone support etc. For me it's been a huge help because we have so much information being used from the 8x8 phone call repository. The 8x8 engineers are nothing short of exceptional in the way they have handled situations from FTP issues, to data issues. The ease of changing preferences for each employee makes it feel personalized! We all love using the call forwarding to our cell phones so we never miss a call. Keep up the great work!
I love the fact the I can see my voice mail in my computer and hear them and save them there. This also applies for faxes. You have a good thing going on!
There are many things I love about 8x8 - easy installation, no high phone bills, friendly & helpful customer service, very easy to train employees...the list goes on. The question should be what do I dislike about my 8x8 service and the answer would be nothing! There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that has been a problem since we installed 8x8 over a year ago. I was very skeptical at first but am now so happy we made the decision to convert.
