The Meeting features are great, especially the ability to immediately add an attendee and get their expertise by simply calling their cell with an invitation to join. We have saved countless long email exchanges and are able to keep our teams moving uniformly forward with the 8x8 Meeting feature. A fantastic boon to our business.

I love the Virtual Office Caller ID feature because I am not at my desk many times when I have potential Adult Education students calling for information on how to enroll in the GED/HiSET program. These students have worked up the courage to call to ask about the program, but they need a live voice to encourage them to come to classes. We just switched to the 8x8 phone system at our school district office and I find the system to be very user friendly, intuitive and informative. I love the virtual desk office, where I can view caller's names & numbers and the history of the calls. I also love the versatility, being able to switch easily from headset to the handset. The phones are of quality construction, feeling sturdy and ergonomic to the user. Thanks for being our provider!
I am the receptionist for a 90 person office. What I love is the ease of transferring and parking calls right from my computer. With a click of the mouse I can send calls to where ever they need to go. With the click of a mouse I can park a call and have it easily picked by only dialing a 3 digit extension. Knowing the status of each person's phone also helps me to better direct all incoming calls. 8 x 8 really is the future of phone service.
I love 8x8 because it allows us to easily find customers who have called when we are not available. I love the fax feature that allows us to fax from the desktop and especially the voicemail feature which sends an email to all of the staff when a voicemail is left.
Before 8x8, all of our work-from-home agents had to answer calls on their personal cell phones - yuck! I love that my agents are able to switch seamlessly between the desk phone and the softphone app. Each of my agents has a preference of which one they like to use, so I'm glad I can keep everyone happy without sacrificing the quality of the calls. It also makes working on the go a breeze!
