I've had 8x8 for about a year now and I still can't believe what a great service they provide for such a low price! I used to have land lines that I had to pay someone to physically attach the lines to my old-school voicemail box, which I needed to refer to a large handbook to program the greeting and other voicemail services. Whether I am setting up a new queue for a special customer support team on the fly or changing my Interactive Voice Recording menu options with the touch of a button, there is almost nothing my business needs that 8x8 can't do. We love that it has automated holiday greetings. The ease of access to change any extensions, names or greetings saves so much time compared to our last phone system. The customer service is always willing to help as well.
I love that I am able to access 8x8 on any device. It's great that I am able to used my wifi iPad as a telephone. I have great flexibility to take my office phone any place.
The thing that we most love about the 8x8 services is the app that we can use at anytime and anywhere, it makes our business phone be like a cell phone. We recently switched to 8x8 services. I was a little nervous about learning a new system, but I should not have been. The phones provided were extremely user friendly and the inter-connectivity from phone to computer to cell phone was seamless.
