It's simple, easy, and inexpensive to use. I make calls all over the USA, and my monthly bill is the same as if I made no calls - I like that. My service has all the features I need and want, and none I don't need; and it works great, plus it's super dependable. I highly recommend 8x8! These folks are great to work with; they are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't miss with 8x8.

We love the customer service and the ease of having our phones everywhere with the virtual office. Our experience is great and we love our new service. We have had a very bad experience with our last provider but we all agree we are in great hands now with 8x8. Thanks again for being terrific :)
I love the advantage of having voice mail on my email, so that if I miss something, it's right there in front of me - name and phone number clearly visible!
1. Missed call feature. If you don't get to the phone in time to pick up when it's ringing, you can check to see who called you. We never had that before. 2. Clearer sound.
I love the 'call the caller back' feature inside voice mail. It means I do not have to write down contact numbers or look up client information to return a call. While this doesn't seem like a big thing, it is a great representation of how the little things can make a big difference. It's also very easy to set up call routing, our company directory, and office hour settings for the auto attendant. It's like having a personal assistant to run our phones - but one who doesn't take coffee breaks!
I love being being emailed instantly just after a missed call and voicemail. It makes it so easy for me to keep track of my missed calls. Being able to listen to the voicemails online with just one click is the icing on the cake.
