We love the transfer system that allows us to easily transfer calls to anyone in our building. The ability to set up a voice recorded directory is our second favorite item that 8x8 provides. Thanks so much for being a great company.

For years our business used the standard answering machines, faxes and phone systems. We are an electrical contractor so we receive many calls per day and need to send quotes and schedule appointments. Our cost were increasingly higher and higher with traditional services. We had an old Verizon phone system in our office about 3 years ago which worked fine in our then one location. When we decided to split our business into 2 separate offices and the old phone system could not handle it. Now, thanks to 8X8, when someone calls our main number they don't even realize when they press X1 it transfers them to a completely different town than X2 for instance. I am a recent user of 8x8, but I've worked in the technology field for two decades. 8x8 adds tremendous value to a sector that is under recognized - unless it isn't working. Our company service levels have been stellar with terrific call quality and outstanding voice messaging features.
