I work remotely from Iowa for my rep office in California. We use 8x8 service so that I can make and receive client phone calls via a California number. The service works great and is easy to use. I'm not sure what we would do without it!
The organization of everything. This is like a one stop shop for my communication needs within my office. I can see our phone directory, view and listen to voice mails, see my call history, and basically run my business through 8x8. This is the solution we have needed for a very long time. It saves our employees time by not having them look everywhere for contact information. That is time better served doing their jobs. 8x8 is the best software for managing your communication needs.
I really appreciate that ease of being able to manage my phone system through my online account. We recently made some changes to our phone lines, including adding an auto-attendent, and it was very easy and intuitive. I also use the app to manage my extension when I am away from the office. I am very happy with my services.

We signed up for 8x8 services for several reasons we are taking our office virtual and have our employees work from home. The virtual fax service was essential in aiding us in our goals to have a paperless office the amount of paper that was printed out and then shredded after it was used was astounding. There are many good things about this system, however, I love the contact screen. Just scanning the name with the mouse and being able to get an extension, email address, and phone number all at once is wonderful as well as being able to click on their email address to send an email! I also love that I can enter favorites which is a huge plus. Usually being pressed for time, this feature is extremely helpful. Last, but certainly not least, the departmental screen is huge. Communication flexibility for ALL our employees - remote or in-office.
I started using 8x8 about 4 months ago when I started with NLC. I had used other VoIP systems but none of them had the features 8x8 does. I like know who is calling me. I am on the phone constantly and leaving messages and when one of those messages is being returned I make sure I hop right on the call. I also like the ability to text message a client.
