Being a remote worker, is was simple and practical to set up our company phone line through 8x8. I am able to receive and transfer calls just like I'm actually in the office! 8x8 is an excellent solution for any organization with remote employees.
I am the receptionist in an Allstate office. I love 8x8 because its easy to see who is on the phone when I need to transfer calls. I can instant message an agent when something is urgent or to give them a heads up about a situation. I love the caller ID, and how its all connected to the computer. This is a very nice system to have in an office! Thank you so much for this technology!
Where do I start?! First, the client support is by far the best! Not only are you treated with respect and urgency, you also feel important. That is hard to find in an industry such as this. They know how to handle any issue you have and handle it with care and attention. It is world class customer service as it's best. The sales team is also great! I love that 8x8 gives me a phone number just for work (and the flexibility to decide where that phone number routes), without me having to carry another device. So many people have a personal cell and a work cell - it's hard enough keeping up with one!
