I love the convenience of being able to access my work phone any where that I go. Being able to check my voicemail and fax through a link in my email makes each process quick and easy, which is exactly what we need with a busy schedule! I work at a telephone based business, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about 8x8!

I love the flexibility of working remotely and still being able to connect people with those they need to speak with-- and the ability to forward voicemails to others via email is an incredible time-saving tool for our Church.

Tracking our call logs is essential to our success. As a sales team we are able to view each extension individual outbound calls. This makes it easy to track our success as well as set and maintain our performance goals, daily, weekly , monthly. Great feature. I can't close on this without mentioning the 8x8's Customer Support Team. Anytime there is an issue, it is resolved. It is so nice to be able to adjust settings online instead of having to navigate through a series of options while on the phone. It's also great having email notifications for missed calls when I'm out of the office. These options were not available for me before and have made my life much easier!

What we love the most is being able to have the app on our phone when our internet goes down and still being able to conduct business. Having the 8x8 app is amazing and a great feature. We can check voicemail and messages from our phone if we are out of the office and also answer calls.
