My boss is a perfectionist, but the good kind. She requires that everything we fax have a confirmation attached and placed in the employee folder. With 8x8 I get an email confirmation that I can attach to my fax and when I do a whole bunch at the same time I can go and click on the eye icon to match which fax went with which document. The flexibility to be able to access the office phones anywhere. in the office, on our cell phone or computers. We have had times when someone could not be in the office for a period of time, but the staff was able to download the phone their home PC and keep working. Love that I can have extensions, at no charge where calls are forward to my staff's cell phones. It's great to have the professional appearance of an office and cell phone on their business cards and marketing.

Our favorite 8x8 feature is the cell phone app. We can use our cell phones and make/answer calls from anywhere. As attorneys, we often don't want clients having our personal cell phone numbers, but want the convenience of using our cell phones. When using the 8x8 cell phone app, the phone number that appears on a client's caller ID is our 8x8 phone number, allowing us to receive AND make calls from our cell phones without clients ever seeing our personal phone numbers.
