I am a phone system dunce running a small tech company. When we started up our business, we envisioned one phone configuration. As expected, over time, that configuration was no longer optimal. 8x8 offers a wide range of features not available with other VoIP providers, primarily international virtual numbers (or DID's). Service reliability has been very good and pricing is fairly competitive, only suggestions would be for 8x8 to simplify or make its UI easier to use and navigate. Also adding features such as the ability to block specific numbers including "unknown" or "blocked" numbers would be immensely helpful.

8x8 provides excellent customer service and plug and play system for contact center solutions. The system is easy to use and 8x8 is committed to improving their product to deliver better performance for their customers.

8x8 Support has been nothing but amazing, the billing department though is questionable. You have to keep an eye on your bill or it gets ridiculously out of hand.
