I have had more calls dropped in the last 6 months. For whatever reason the service has not been as good lately. Sometimes I can't get the line to work and I know it isn't my internet connection. I will look for another carrier if this continues.

I called Customer Support to have one line removed from our set-up. I was a bit confused about weather to call sales or support; to me support is for clearing problems one might have with the virtual office, or setting up the calling queue or something of that nature, and sales would be help with your contract... like removing or adding a line.
