My inside sales gent Matthew Lawrence is very knowledgable and demonstrates high integrity as well. Only on the rarest of occassions do I ask a question he cannot immediately answer completely and correctly. When he needs to "get back" it is always very quickly and with every nuance of the question fully answered. 8X8 sould be very proud of the work he does. (Bet you wish he were TWINS!)
8x8 has been great for my agency. it was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning but the 8x8 team offers great support and will hold you by your hand to get started. my representative faith green is absolutly the best. i recommend 8x8 and faith to any small business looking to save money and improve their office phone systems. 8x8 has been a great company to work with all in all. I would say the best part about 8x8 is my representative, Shawna Marino. Shawna is on top of her game all the time by contacting me with any potential issue or error and even contacts me just to see how I am doing. With no experience in the hosted VoIP world, we tentatively placed our first order for 8x8 services in December of 2010. As the result of the superior experience with the sales, service and tech support, we migrated each of our offices as quickly as our contractual obligations would allow. We decided to make the leap in to VOIP. Working with 8x8 has been excellent. During the decision making, the salesman Jim Guise was great, felt like I made a friend. Through the conversion process their technical support was available, approachable, very practical and responsive. Our point of contact with 8x8 now is Robin Cortez, Account Executive. My experiences with 8x8 have been amazing because of Shawna Marino, she is so helpful and whether I call her or email her, she is always right there or gets back to me in minutes. She is great, I have never had a bad experience with her. Thank you
