Faith Green makes VOIP super easy. I was nervous when I decided to go VOIP for my multiple offices. I chose 8x8 after thorough review of alternatives. A past colleague reported good results with 8x8, and if I had known about the assistance that would be provided to me at every turn, especially by Faith Green, I would have not even bothered researching. These days, customer service is the difference-maker. 8x8 isn't perfect, neither am I, and when there's a snafu, it gets worked out easily and with little if any disruption.

I just finished setting up another office with 8x8. Our account manager, Greg Smith. The entire process (including installation and setup) took less than 3 hours and my customers are totally blown away with all the new features they have. The TCO for the business including the extra lines we ordered was still half of what we paid ATT and with brand new equipment that requires no hardware outside of the phones themselves.
