Excellent experience. My sales advisor Brent was awesome at explaining my different options. Once the phone arrived I had a few technical glitches but it turned out to be a problem on my network. The management interface is excellent and I'm impressed with the quality of the audio. Thanks.

Our account rep, John Skrutch always does a fantastic job of identifying our needs and matching us up to the appropriate product and service. The support staff is great from initial setup to troubleshooting problems on the rare occasion something should go wrong. I definitely recommend 8x8 for any business, large or small.

I want to compliment the superb customer service I have experienced with 8x8. In particular, my rep, Aldrich Sales, really goes the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. The phone service is great as well. I highly recommend 8x8 and Aldrich to anyone considering a VOIP phone system.
We decided to make the leap in to VOIP. Working with 8x8 has been excellent. During the decision making, the salesman Jim Guise was great, felt like I made a friend.
