Similarly, I can do the same thing with the mobile app while on the road, or when I'm actually in the office and away from my physical phone. The connection has always been strong and clear. It's truly a flexible system that matches my needs.

I've been using 8x8 for the past 3 years. Their support is great and their product has helped in many ways. One of those ways is the phone log. You can see how many calls come in and out of your office every day and who makes them. This is a very positive way to show when calls were made from your office to customer and from your customers to you. Love it!
That we can get all of our faxes on our phones.
Incoming phone calls can see who called even if they don't leave a message, when faxing verifications receiving notice of completion document was sent date and time if you need to resend it's available. Love this!

I love the portability of the product! I am a recruiter, and am on the phones constantly! If our VOIP phones aren't working, 8X8 has come to my rescue! Also, if I am home for the day and I need to conduct phone interviews, I can do so from home WITHOUT using my cell phone because the calls that I place makes it look like I am calling from my desk at work...not a miscellaneous cell phone number. Very good product!!!
At Erkiletian, we enjoy the mobility 8x8 offers through the Virtual Office iPhone app. The ability to make and receive calls from my office extension on my cell phone allows our employees more flexibility to work in the field and from home.
