I had a good VOIP phone service through a competitor. But I had two problems. The laws had changed that required VOIP to be HIPAA compliant. At the same time I was looking for video conferencing capabilities. Enter 8x8. My other provider asked 'why does the VOIP service need to be HIPAA compliant?' 8x8 was ready out of the box. The iPhone application is great and I can video chat with patients now in a completely HIPAA reliant manner.

Best part of 8x8 is ability to transfer calls to our cell phone or alt lines so that we can be mobile with our business. Excellent service!

I moved my office and switched my phone service from Comcast to Verizon. I was nervous that it would not be a smooth transition. When the Verizon tech came to do the installation, his first words were "This is my first time doing an install of this new technology so this will be a learning experience for me". Managing an office is no easy task. Taking care of clients, managing phones and faxes, etc. 8x8 makes this task a lot easier. Having everything in one place makes things easily accessible. You don't have to waste time dialing a phone number because all you need to do is click on it. Being able to check or send a fax from anywhere including your phone is a huge benefit specially when we're out of the office. 8x8 is really a great platform for any office to stay organized and make your life easier. 8x8 allows me to access my business phone and messages no matter where I am. The mobile platform is especially handy and is getting better each day. 8x8's fantastic product and service is truly unmatched in the industry.

Honestly, this is one of the BEST things that has happened in our church! Our staff members are at ease knowing that we can be reached in multiple ways. It truly helps us do our jobs better! We've dealt with old answering machines and bad fax lines. 8x8 allows us to not be tied down to our offices afraid we're going to miss a call. Our church loves the service and so do we! Wow. Love I've wow. We love 8x8. We had att for many years at out offices in ft laud fla. We were Paying by a lot per month for all of our phone and fax lines. The lines always had static and weee down constantly. So when we approached 8x8 to learn more and get a quote in writing we were so excited. To tell then truth there pricing was half of what we were paying and the service was ten times better. When I started my law firm five years ago, I knew I wanted a paperless office running in the cloud. After much research, I determined that my phone system would also be in the cloud.
