I love how the backend is very user frienldly and easy to use. Changes can be made quickly and easily. When i run into difficulties customer service is quick to address my concerns and staff are very friendly. Call quality is good as long as the internet is working well. Setting up greetings is extremely easy and employees are able to learn the system very quickly.
When I turned to 8x8 after a nightmare experience with a cloud vendor, I was relieved to be dealing with a team that both had the technical know how but also the soft skills to realize that listening to a customer's needs was just as important. We really love 8x8's reliability. Our law firm has had 8x& service for more than three years and we've never once missed a call. Not even one. Therefore, 8x8 is much more reliable than our old PBX phone system which was always going down. 8x8's audio quality is also terrific. Our attorneys have taken depositions using 8x8 phone service, held conference calls and videoconferences, and called clients from their iPads while traveling. The quality has always been outstanding.
We just started the switchover to 8x8 in our stores (21 of them!) I like the fact I can sync my phone with our system so wherever I am I can answer and make calls through the system. Plus I can access everything I need through my Virtual Office Online. Great system!
8x8 simply works. It does what we need, the way we want it, without problems, without concerns, and with excellent responsiveness and customer service on the rare occasion when we have a question. I couldn't ask for anything more.
The call quality and virtual desktop are top notch. If there ever is a problem, which is rare, I'm able to talk to someone right away who has the knowledge to get me up and running right away. Everyone I've ever worked with at 8x8 has been so helpful. I've been using the service for years, and have referred several new agents to their service as well. Overall, a great company to work with with outstanding service, platform and staff.
The feature I use the most is the cell phone app, answering business calls as if they were from the office phone is great. Having the ability to call to and from the same 8x8 number is an added bonus. It makes return phone calls and voicemails extremely easy to manage from wherever you are. The ability to easily add holidays, adjust hours, and make changes to the calling schedule make my job much easier.
The ability to text from the landline phone and access to faxes all in one place!
