We love the flexibility the system gives us. We are able to assign on call personnel for weekend emergencies and record phone calls for future reference. What do we love most about 8x8 services? The cost!!! We have thirteen business locations, and simply by switching to 8x8, we were able to reduce our expenditures by 60%. Additionally, the 8x8 feature-set is significantly more advanced than what we had with our previous provider. We now enjoy features that help us more effectively run our operations. That it is EASY to use, can be accessed and utilized from multiple devices, and that we can sign in via Okta!

It is easy to use and makes your work seamless. Being able to sign in to 8x8 to fax paperwork is quick to do and avoids the extra step of going to the fax machine. Likewise, when anybody faxes to you having it go directly to your e-mail allows for quick accessibility to the document. The second thing I love most is the 8x8 app on my phone. Flexibility. When it was time to replace our aging ISDN phone system, I was looking to the future and needed the flexibility, configurability, and options that 8x8 offered. I was able to open a new building, with autoattendant and a 12 seat call center and attach to our main building in two weeks! Ease of use and setup while still having a powerful and highly configurable backend.

I love how the phone system simplifies all the guesswork out of the way we communicate with people on a daily basis. From answering calls, transferring and storing phone data, the 8x8 services really work great with our office.
