What I love about 8x8 cloud PBX system, is that it has simplified my workload. I don't have to worry about upgrade and replacing the old PBX’s any longer at so many locations. Also having all 8x8 user now able to be on the same platform, this has been a tremendous improvement.

I think the mobile app is what we love the most. It's improved a lot over the last couple of years - especially call quality over both LTE and WiFi. I make 8x8 calls from my desk, my cellphone, and a variety of tablets.
There are so many features that we love about 8x8 here in our office. Some of my favorites are fax to email and the interoffice chat. It's so nice to be able to communicate with my co-workers and know if they're on the phone or available. We love it!
I love that it integrates with Eagent. Having the Iphone app comes in handy if I need to take a call from a client and I'm on the road.

The ability to IM while on a call (that is being done using the Internet Phone) and keep track of voice mails! So efficient :) The application is so user friendly! It is very compatible in both the desktop and mobile functionality.
