What I like about 8X8 is the fact I am always connected. With the app on my phone I can be anywhere, China, India, Europe and never miss a call coming into my office. Great system.
8x8 allows our employees to communicate in a more efficient manner. It provides a variety of functions that close the inevitable "gaps in communication." For instance, the IM program is an easy way to ask a question or make a request without the formality of an email, or without interrupting an important meeting with a phone call.
No one knows if I'm at work or at home or (theoretically) on a beach in Bora Bora.
8x8 has allowed my company to stay in touch with all of our employees and coworkers around the world. No matter if they are deep in South America the connection and quality of the call its never failed me or them. Without 8x8 my business would not be able to operate at its full potential. Foremost, the service! 8x8 must have a Service Institute somewhere. Each service is as if I am the only one needing service whenever I happen to call. 8x8 equipment is easily used and very user friendly. VOIP makes calling a joy rather than a dread! Did I mention rates? compared to what I was paying before discovering 8x8 while reading a magazine flying on Southwest airlines, the rates are a give away! We love saving a ton of money call to places such as Bermuda and Hawaii, to name a few locales. Thanks 8x8!
