I love 8x8 because it has allowed me so much freedom to grow my business! Before 8x8 I had no idea how I was going to have different people take over phone calls at different hours of the day from all different locations across the US. With 8x8 I was able to free myself from the phone calls and customer service side of my business and easily delegate this task to my assistants without having one physical phone or location.
What I love most about using the 8x8 system is the mobility. I work remotely for my company and having the 8x8 phone system available on a mobile device really helps bring my office outside of the office. I am able to stay connected to my colleagues very easily through text message and voice calls while using a business-line. I love that my voicemails go to my email in case I miss them. Thank you 8x8.

Ring Groups work so very well for us. We have multiple locations throughout the city. We can put one number on an advertisement and let it ring to our Ring Group. From here, anyone can take the call and easily transfer it to another office when appropriate.
Obviously there are several features I like about 8x8 services. However, one of my favorite features, being in Florida, relates to the 8x8 app. If our power ever goes out, which is extremely likely during hurricane season, it is great to know we all have the ability to service clients by logging into the 8x8 app. During these times of need, we are really able to set ourselves apart from the competition by our availability.
