I love the ease of implementing and maintaining the system....all at a fraction of the cost of other systems, with no loss in features. In fact, our 8x8 system was implemented in less then 3 weeks at 1% of the cost of the system that our parent company's system.

The app makes my life easy when I am not in the office to access all of the faxes and calls log with listening to the VM. It offers security to my patients information when I use the app to call them back from my persinal phone. I recimmend it to every business especially in the healthcare field.

The 8x8 Mobile App 100% I am able to leave my desk knowing that I will not miss a call! I think the feature works great. Sometime the studio is busy here at Splahlight Miami and during our season everyone is running around but when I need to make my runs just to be safe I turn on my 8x8 Mobile App and I get all my call to my Iphone.

What I love most is the flexibility. My offices are 50 miles apart. I am notified on my email when a voicemail has come in and can listen to it and return the call from anywhere. I can forward all the extensions into one and take the calls that come in directly. The sender has total continuity and has no idea which office picked up the call. For a seasonal business like mine, these features make running a business from anywhere easy. Our business had used an older onsite phone system that needed a specialized technician to come onsite anytime we needed changes made. This was expensive, slow, and limited our ability to effectively use our phone system as a business enablement tool. As an Administrative Assistant i love the fact that I can view the call logs. I am often asked to give clients a call or retrieve numbers for companies that may have called two weeks previous. The Virtual Office features have saved me many times.

Its the flexibility. I am able to be out of the office and feel like I am there. I can seemsly answers phones and work like I am on site. Our customers are non the wiser. Call quailty is far superior than to regular analog phone lines. Really a great experience.
