We started using 8x8 after coming off of multiple line phone system. Using 8x8 has opened a lot of doors for more personal communication with our clients. They now can call us using our personal line and even leave us voicemails so that we can get back to them faster. We really have enjoyed the hassle free softphones. Thank you 8x8!!!
The web portal and mobile app are both straight forward and easy to use. Customer service is easy to reach if needed and everything that you need in business is included with the service bundle. It's a real WIN - WIN in so many ways.
