We love that 8x8 integrates with Zendesk. The online portal is very user-friendly and has a ton of options, call reports are detailed and easy to run, paperless faxing is simple, and we love that we get so many great features for such a low price.
The ability to have all my locations pick up calls from anywhere. We also enjoy the virtual office.
I love its simplicity, the ability to set up a new user in seconds makes life that much easier in a fast moving startup.

I am a sole practitioner CPA who was looking for a cost effective and simple way to solve my telecommunications needs. 8x8 offered me a low cost means to do that. I have a telephone system that I can expand to my needs during the busy tax season when I have additional employees, is mobile for when I am working at my clients' locations and I can operate from anywhere I have internet access.
We love the texting option to our 8X8 services. It is so handy to be able to answer a question quickly while on the phone with another client. Helps me stay in touch and be more productive during the day. Clients like the fact that they get a very quick response from us!
flexibility of answering phones where ever we are. Easy to change settings. Anytime we needed help you guys have been very quick to respond back. All the features that is available to us makes it super easy to keep communication going.
Our favorite feature is the ability to have calls forward to our cell phones after so many rings. This is extremely helpful when we are traveling to setup new sites. We used to have to setup automatic replies in Outlook and forward voicemails to our help desk. With 8x8 we can seem like we're always in the office to our customers.
Why do I love 8x8? It has a very simple user-friendly interface. I have satellite internet, and it's one of the few VOIP handlers that allows me the ability to still connect with our customers. You make it easy for me to accomplish the tasks I need to accomplish each day. Thank you for all that you do.
