We enjoy the convenience of having our office phone on the road. We have two offices and we are able to use our mobile devices to communicate with our clients when outside of the office. As a small business we have been very satisfied with the quality of customer service and the connectivity for the phones. I really like the desktop widget and the phone app. It helps me stay connected to my clients no matter where I am. One of my favorite features is the voicemail emails I receive from 8x8. I enjoy being able to listen to my voicemails right out of my inbox without having to pick up the phone.
