We love using 8x8 service because of the ability to integrate with Salesforce for our users.
What I love about the 8x8 services is it's so easy to use, I can see who is calling at the moment. Easy to make calls and I love I can listen to my voicemail messages without having to pick up the phone!

We love the relative ease with which we can add additional sites as we continue to grow and change. If we have Internet, then 8x8 is just a configuration away. After having managed and administered a dedicated single-site, expensive, high-support PBX, the flexibility and relatively low cost of 8x8 are nearly miraculous!
Way to many things to even say! Switching over to 8X8 is the best decision we could have made! The switch over was easy! Customer service from the very beginning and still now is by far some of the best service we have ever received! Loving the Virtual Office. We cannot believe the value 8X8 is!! Unbelievable!
I love the 8x8 service due to it being easy and convenient! It is a fast way to get a hold of someone when they are needed. Being a Special Education teacher that deals with behavioral needs, it is important that staff can get a hold of me quickly to allow me to respond quickly to the situation. 8x8 makes it very convenient to get a hold of me, when these situations occur, thanks to the feature that allows calls to my classroom to be forwarded straight to my cellphone. There are really 2 things we love. It is so easy to add new toll free numbers and new phone lines. One call and we get an electronic document to approve. The other thing we like is having the desktop app. If I am working remotely and am on a call on my cell phone, I can use my desktop as a 2nd telephone to make other calls at the same time. When we are in the middle of a major launch, we almost always need that 2nd line.
The 8x8 support team is mostly helpful and 8x8 saves us money over other options.
