We are a small company with 18 employees, so 8x8 has been a game changer for us. About half of us go outside e the office, so having the capability to transfer your calls directly to your cell phone is huge. Also on snow days when no one is in the office you can have all of the calls come directly to your phone, so you never has to miss a call. I have been impressed with several features of my 8x8 Virtual Office, including video meetings, the clarity of the voice, the user friendly interface. What I love the most is the total portability of my phone system. I never miss a call, even when I'm out on the jobsite or prospecting for my next deal. The flexible service. We have multiple locations and frequently travel between our offices and client locations. Having our phone service travel with us is not only convenient to us but to clients as well allowing them to call one number knowing they can always reach us regardless of where we are that day. Being able to receive calls, voicemail and faxes while in remote locations is extremely helpful.
We love the ability to get up from our desks and work outside! With that said, using the 8x8 app allows us to have unlimited possibilities where we have creative brainstorms on the go without have to be tied to our desks! We love 8x8!
I love that 8x8 makes it so that you can run your office from anywhere that you want on those cold snowy days you can forward the phones and work from home. Just because you're not in the office to answer the phone so that mean that you cannot get your work done. It's great and you can take your office phone and have the phones transferred to cell phone and take care of everything you need to after your offices closes .
